Shipping, Exchanges & Warranty
Pickup from the studio in Gizo comes first
The best way to receive a piece is to collect it from the studio in Moshav Gizo. It passes from hand to hand, there is no risk on the road, and you can also see the other works and understand how they are built. Visits by appointment.
For those who can’t come — every piece is packed in purpose-made packaging for metal sculptures, with internal bracing that stops it moving inside the box, and delivered to your door.
Shipping rates — within Israel and abroad: details will be posted here soon.
14 days to exchange
A piece can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is in the condition in which it was delivered. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
If the piece arrived broken or bent — the repair is on the studio, and so is the shipping. Michael repairs the sculpture himself and sends it back to you.
Six months on the stability of the sculpture
Every piece comes with a six-month warranty on the stability of its structure. If a part works loose by itself, or the sculpture loses its balance — Michael repairs it.
The warranty does not apply to deliberate damage, a fall or tampering, and does not cover signs of corrosion and rust. Recycled metal responds to air, light and time — the patina that forms is part of the life of the material, not a defect.
Dry only — no water
Do not clean the sculpture with water and do not put it in the dishwasher. Water gets in between the parts, damages the finish and speeds up rust.
The right way to clean: a dry cloth, or a can of compressed air of the kind used on keyboards and computers — it blows dust out of corners a hand can’t reach. Cleaning products are not needed and should not be used.
