Who we are
The site is operated by Michael Peretz — Metal in Motion, 35 Gizo, Moshav Gizo, Israel,
phone +972 50-677-8254. The site presents handmade metal sculptures and lets you get in touch
to ask a question, request a quote or commission a piece.
The content on the site
Every piece is built by hand and no two are alike. The photographs are for illustration:
colors may differ between what you see on screen and the piece itself, and the dimensions
given are approximate. If a particular detail matters to you — ask before ordering, and we
will gladly send more photographs or arrange a visit to the studio.
Purchases and orders
- There is no online checkout on the site. Every purchase begins with an inquiry — by
form, by phone or on WhatsApp — and a personal quote. - A sale is concluded only once the price, the method of payment and the delivery date
have been agreed between you and Michael, in writing (by email or WhatsApp). - For a custom commission — the subject, size and colors are set out in the quote.
- Prices shown on the site (such as “from ₪1,000”) are a general indication only; the
binding price is the one in the quote.
Shipping, exchanges and warranty
Pickup from the studio, shipping, exchanges, the warranty on the stability of the
sculpture and its care instructions are set out on the
Shipping, Exchanges & Warranty page.
Cancelling a transaction
A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 1981,
and its regulations, and subject to the exceptions in them — including a piece built
especially for you as a custom commission. To give notice of cancellation, contact us by
phone, WhatsApp or email.
Copyright
The sculptures, photographs, videos and texts on the site are the work of Michael Peretz,
and all rights in them are reserved to him. They may not be copied, reproduced or used
commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to the site or to a particular
page is allowed, and welcome. Excerpts from articles and broadcasts shown on the site
belong to their respective rights holders.
Liability for use of the site
We make an effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date and the
site running without faults, but mistakes or temporary interruptions are possible. Links
to external sites (such as social networks) are provided for your convenience, and we are
not responsible for their content.
